NDIS

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding directly to Australians with permanent and significant disability in order to fund supports and services.

The Soul Shack is operated by FNQ Occupational Therapy which is an NDIS registered provider (Therapeutic Supports, Innovative Community Participation, Assist-Travel Transport, Household Tasks).

We are able to support NDIA-managed, plan-managed and self-managed participants.

A service agreement is written, and consent provided from the participant prior to commencement of supports.

All supports provided by The Soul Shack are based on the NDIS price guide.

Invoices are provided with the relevant NDIS codes and prices.
