NDIS

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding directly to Australians with permanent and significant disability in order to fund supports and services.

The Soul Shack is operated by FNQ Occupational Therapy which is an NDIS registered provider.

We are able to support NDIA-managed, plan-managed and self-managed participants.

Participants are able to use both ‘Core’ and ‘Capacity Building’ funding within their NDIS plan, to access support with The Soul Shack.

A service agreement is written, and consent provided from the participant prior to commencement of supports.

Invoices are provided with the relevant NDIS codes and prices.
